Michael came to clean our gutters, that hadn't been done for some years. While he was doing this he noticed some repair work that the roof required. He explained what needed to be done, and carried out the work to my satisfaction. He was able to do the additional work in a good time frame, was polite, punctual, and cleared up when he finished. I would be happy to recommend him or use him again.
